Your order will be shipped pending credit card approval. No refunds once order has been shipped. All exchanges must be made prior to 30 days from the date of purchase, and have not been used. No Exchanges on any audio or video recordings once the product has been opened. You have 90 days to contact us from the date of purchase if you have not receieved your order.
